State Collection Service, Inc. is hiring Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls about insurance, billing, and payments. The role requires professionalism and adherence to client protocols, with flexibility for evenings and Saturdays.

Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls. Compensation includes hourly wages with growth potential, comprehensive benefits, and equipment provided for remote work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
• Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or administration preferred
• Flexibility in scheduling including evenings and Saturdays as required
• Bilingual candidates provide additional support for bilingual calls

Responsabilités

• Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues
• Respond to information requests from patients/account holders in a professional manner
• Follow client-specific protocols and policies
• Provide high-quality customer service in a high-tech environment
• Support remote team with available shifts and scheduling requirements
