Job summary

MotivHealth is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive onboarding and renewal of employer groups, plans, and related programs. You will coordinate between clients, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate setup and on-time live administration.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring systems, and supporting eligibility and data file setup. This role rewards detail-oriented coordination and strong communication across stakeholders across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare benefits administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of medical benefits, eligibility and plan design.
• Experience coordinating projects and cross-functional communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and renewal processes for employer groups, health plans, vendors, and benefit programs.
• Serve as the primary implementation liaison between clients, brokers, vendors, carriers, internal teams, and technology partners.
• Develop, manage, and monitor implementation and renewal timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Gather, review, and validate plan design requirements, benefit specifications, eligibility rules, and vendor requirements.
