Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Implementation Specialist, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
• Related experience in a SaaS and cloud technology environment.
• Past healthcare industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in creating tailored solutions.
• Own internal solution creation and demo construction processes.
• Act as project manager between customer and internal teams.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers.
