Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking an Implementation Manager to coordinate multiple client implementations, up to 200+ clients, with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage timelines, educate clients on portal usage, and serve as the SME across HealthEquity platforms.

This remote role includes documenting configurations and mentoring teammates. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in client service, strong project tracking abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client service experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with special projects and project tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages ongoing communications, timelines, and deliverables meeting client expectations.
• Educates clients on how to manage portals and plans and how that impacts the employee population.
• Conduit between the client, their broker, and internal partners to find solutions.
• Be SME with all HealthEquity platforms and document plan configuration requirements.
• Document and support file configurations and process changes.
• Guide internal teams on client implementation processes, plan designs, and options including funding and enrollment.
• Contribute new ideas to accelerate company growth and mentor teammates.
