Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct health benefits implementation experience
• Experience within self-funded employer health benefit environment
• Experience leading client-facing implementation meetings and kickoff discussions
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office and learning web-based PM systems

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation project plans and timelines
• Lead kickoff and status meetings with clients, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Gather, document, and validate client requirements for benefit plan setup
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners for timely delivery
• Identify risks, dependencies, delays, and drive resolution
• Communicate status, decisions, and next steps to clients and stakeholders
• Maintain implementation documentation and contribute to process improvements
• Travel up to 10% during peak periods
