Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new healthcare clients.
• Enter, verify, and maintain accurate client data within MedRelease platform.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth implementation.
• Partner with Processing and IT teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Track and meet strict deadlines for timely client activation.
• Provide status updates and communicate progress to leadership.
