Job summary

Health Access Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to join our remote sales team. You will drive affiliate success, onboard new employer groups by phone or video, and ensure renewals are completed on time. Expect a high-touch role focused on relationship-building and open enrollment support.

You will report to the VP of Sales from a remote location, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones; collaboration with affiliates, employers, and team members is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing work in health benefits or a related field.
• Familiarity with traditional health insurance language (deductibles, networks, enrollment).
• Ability to coach affiliates and explain Health Access Solutions products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate support: partner with affiliates on calls and early employer conversations to build confidence.
• New group onboarding: guide groups from signed agreement to a confident start via phone or video.
• Renewals: manage renewals end-to-end and lead open enrollment presentations.
