Great American Employer Health Solutions is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join their remote, full-time team. The role offers hands-on training and mentorship to develop consultative sales skills within the employer health solutions space.

You will engage with brokers and business owners, learn underwriting considerations, and support the sales process through outreach and pipeline management. Compensation is based on a structured development program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and build professional relationships with insurance professionals.

Responsabilités

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and discuss underwriting with brokers.
• Support the sales team with prospect outreach, meeting coordination, and account management.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Develop knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans during training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand industry knowledge.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new business.
