Job summary

Aon is hiring an Account Executive for our Affinity Healthcare division. This virtual role in the United States supports EST or CST time zones and focuses on managing a portfolio of high-value healthcare accounts, renewing, and expanding business through strong client and broker relationships.

Responsibilities include end-to-end renewal cycles, pricing negotiations, and delivering high-touch service for large, complex accounts.

• Serve as primary relationship lead for clients and brokers with consistent communication.
• Identify retention risks and develop strategies to maintain and grow accounts.
• Coordinate with underwriting to deliver high-quality renewal outcomes.
• Lead renewal discussions, pricing reviews and client presentations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and broker partners.
• Provide insights on coverage solutions, industry trends, and market conditions.
