Job summary

TX Health Benefits Pool is seeking an Account Executive to retain and grow member relationships across assigned groups. You will lead strategic renewal discussions, prepare performance reports, and deliver tailored benefit solutions within budget constraints.

You will present products to groups and assist brokers with client-ready materials while staying informed on market trends. Frequent travel in Texas may be required, with remote work supported for regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven success renewing and retaining client’s book of business.
• Ability to develop strategic competitive market analysis.
• Ability to compile, analyze and evaluate complex information, including claims data and reporting, to facilitate decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills and/or public speaking experience.
• Able to travel frequently within Texas for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Benefit Coordinators and decision makers.
• Conduct strategic pre-renewal discussions and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Account Manager on service issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Present TXHB products to clients and assist brokers with presentations.
• Provide competitive analysis and market feedback to Sales and Marketing teams.
• Attend regional meetings and participate in open enrollment sessions.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and other systems to track progress.
