F5 Networks is seeking a senior leader to manage the Solutions Engineering team within the F5 Tech vertical, focusing on technical sales and organizational effectiveness. You will set objectives, work plans, and delegate assignments to ensure the SE team meets company goals.

This role requires experience leading technical SEs, strong networking knowledge, and excellent presentation and communication skills to align engineering with sales and product teams for customer success.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience.
• Experience managing technical SEs in a management role.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Manage the SE team: performance evaluations, PTO, delegated work, training, and hiring.
• Define core FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers in the SE Team.
• Plan headcounts quarterly and yearly to scale the SE organization.
• Collaborate with HR on candidate recruitment for open positions.
• Develop and maintain an effective SE partner plan (PS, support, Marketing, PM).
• Scale the SE organization to meet objectives and drive retention/compensation planning.
• Ensure customer focus and drive product requirements and market insights.
