Job summary

Journal Technologies is seeking a Head of the Defender Business Unit to provide strategic leadership and accountability for the Defender portfolio. You will define and execute the BU strategy, and lead cross-functional Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Engagement to drive growth and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading a business unit with growth responsibility.
• Experience working with executive customers in public sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Defender BU profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operations.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams to achieve BU goals.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the BU.
