Alloy Health is seeking a Director, Pharmacy Partnerships to own the pharmacy network end to end—sourcing and onboarding partners, negotiating rates, and holding every partner to clear cost, quality, compliance, and service-level goals.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with IT, Legal, and Operations to scale coverage, improve cost efficiency, and ensureRx compliance across the network. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant strategic impact.

Formación

• Experience owning a book of vendors against cost and performance goals.
• Ability to build team structure and operating rhythm from scratch.
• Strong negotiation track record with favorable terms.
• Experience sourcing and onboarding partners from scratch.
• Analytical mindset with ability to drive measurable improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Source & grow the pharmacy network by identifying and onboarding new partners.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and commercial agreements with partners.
• Own spend, unit costs, and drive savings across the network.
• Set and manage SLA and KPI targets; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure Rx compliance and oversee network-wide operations and escalations.
