Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive-level communication.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.

• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex regulated industries (direct industry experience not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, revenue, finance, legal, and patient services.
• Convert ambiguous business problems into structured workstreams and actionable plans.
• Ensure network considerations are embedded in product design and growth planning.
• Coordinate end-to-end initiatives from hypothesis to implementation.
• Build scalable governance, risk, and escalation processes for the network.
