Job summary

RxSense seeks a senior leader to manage pharmacy relationships and drive retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across its portfolio, including SingleCare, ParamountRx, and Integris. The SVP will collaborate with pricing, contracting, and reconciliation teams and report to executive leadership, guiding a high-visibility effort in the retail pharmacy space.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in account management, client success, or partner relationship roles.
Experience within retail pharmacy or pharmacy benefits is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading a client success or account management team.

Responsibilities

Implement an engagement model with a proactive cadence of business reviews and performance reporting for each partner.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with pharmacy partner stakeholders.
Develop deep insight into each partner's business and long-term objectives to align RxSense plans.
Promote the full RxSense solution set to address retail pharmacy challenges.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of account and relationship managers with standardized practices.
