Job summary

OpenLoop's Pharmacy Operations & Supply Chain team owns the journey from prescription to patient delivery, coordinating 20+ pharmacy partners across all 50 states. As Vendor Relationship Specialist, Pharmacy Network, you will own the partner network end-to-end, negotiate terms, qualify new partners, and ensure capacity before demand arrives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in vendor or network management with direct ownership.
• Experience negotiating terms and pricing with partners.
• Comfort with fast-moving, high-touch environments.
• Willingness to travel ~4–6 weeks for partner sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner network end to end with 20+ pharmacy partners.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, trading cost against capacity.
• Source and qualify new partners, build qualification framework.
• Maintain 50-state coverage and onboarding for new meds.
• Forecast demand and grow partner capacity ahead of volume.
• Support onboarding and integration with other teams.
• Develop repeatable processes, scorecards, and docs.
• Visit partner sites to verify capability and compliance.
