Job summary

SentiLink, a leading identity and risk solutions provider, is seeking a Head of Fraud Intelligence to elevate FIT into a high-impact function across Product, R&D, Analytics, and GTM. This remote, US-based role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

You will define operating models, build elite talent, implement QA and measurement frameworks, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable fraud prevention outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud operations, risk or analytics.
• 4+ years managing Fraud Analysts.
• Proven ability to design scalable processes and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish baselines and metrics for labeling volume, quality, turnaround time.
• Design scalable QA processes to improve labeling accuracy.
• Reimagine operating models for efficiency and impact.
• Build entry-level talent programs and career development.
• Partner with product, R&D, analytics and GTM to convert insights into action.
• Lead fraud intelligence strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
