Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning and consolidation for a fast-growing US-based business. This player-coach role will own AOP, long-range planning, reforecasting, and executive-facing deliverables.

You will build scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, and partner with senior leaders to drive performance and strategic decision-making in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in high-growth/complex environments.
• End-to-end planning leadership over AOP, reforecasting and long-range planning.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities; evaluate assumptions and translate insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive presentations.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized reporting.
• Personally develop and maintain financial models and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic implications.
• Align finance and operations around shared objectives and commitments.
• Mentor a direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A execution.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with improved discipline and visibility.
