Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. This hands-on, strategic finance leader will build and lead enterprise-wide planning, consolidation, and reporting in a fast-growing environment.

You will own the AOP, long-range planning, reforecasting, and finance systems, working with executives to drive accountability and speed. The role blends strategic influence with hands-on modeling, process design, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning in high-growth environments.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Consolidation, reporting, and scalable process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and coordinate inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and metrics.
• Develop and refine financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Lead process improvements to increase transparency, accuracy, and speed.
• Partner with executives to present performance and risks.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and accountability for plans.
• Mentor one direct report and contribute to day‑to‑day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic decision-making function.
