Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. The role owns the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, building scalable frameworks and trusted financial data for executive decision-making.

In a player-coach capacity, you will partner with senior leaders, develop and maintain financial models, drive disciplined planning, and mentor one direct report while delivering timely, accurate insights to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth or complex org.
• End-to-end planning: annual operating plans and multiyear cycles, kickoff to exec presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate assumptions and generate insights.
• Hands-on experience improving consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes.
• Proven ability to design scalable planning frameworks and document processes.
• Experience aligning finance with cross-functional priorities and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to present complex financial information to senior leaders.
• Hands-on, proactive builder who balances strategic thinking with execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning: AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Develop and maintain enterprise consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models; translate insights into business recommendations.
• Improve processes; implement scalable, repeatable planning and reporting.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks; inform decisions.
• Align finance with operations; manage cross-functional priorities and accountability.
• Mentor one direct report and stay engaged in day-to-day FP&A activities.
