Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to own the full financial planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning. You will design scalable frameworks, standardize reporting, and deliver trusted financial insights to executives.

In this high-visibility role, partner with senior leaders to drive planning accuracy, operational discipline, and faster decision-making. Remote-friendly for eligible U.S. residents with quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln, NE.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Hands-on in financial models and data-driven recommendations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle (AOP, reforecasting, LRP).
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and cross-department inputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and refine financial models and translate insights into actions.
• Improve processes for scalability, transparency, and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Mentor one direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A to a core strategic function with disciplined planning.
