BairesDev seeks a Head of Enterprise Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own every aspect from concept to on-site hosting, coordinating with CEOs and account teams to maximize pipeline and ROI.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad. Bachelor’s degree required and English proficiency a must.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, including 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10-50 guests).
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international or destination events.
• Experience producing events with a CEO, founder or senior executive as host.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by our CEO or leaders, including concept, venue, and run-of-show.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and build guest lists with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors, including venues and talent, tracking cost per attendee.
• Measure results by attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline in CRM, reporting ROI to leadership.
• Build the annual signature events calendar and a repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including WEF week.
