BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership team. The role leads end-to-end event concepts, venues, budgets, guest lists, and on-site hosting, with travel across the US and abroad.

This senior position requires 6+ years in B2B event marketing, proven experience producing C-level experiences, and strong English communication. Remote role with US/Canada base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Experience running US-focused B2B events and international/destination events.

Responsabilités

• Design and run invitation-only executive experiences hosted by our CEO and leaders.
• Own concept, venue, vendors, run-of-show, guest list, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site hosting.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, and cost-per-attendee.
• Track results and report ROI to marketing and commercial leadership.
