Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to lead invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own end-to-end event programs, including concept, venue, vendors, guest lists, contracts, and on-site hosting, supporting our sales and marketing leadership.

You will travel to host events in the US and abroad, collaborating with CEOs and senior leaders to drive meetings and pipeline. A strong background in B2B events and executive-level hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level/VP buyers (10–50 guests).
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers (US accounts/clients).
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international destinations.
• Experience producing events with a CEO/senior executive as host.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, including concept, venue, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Set invitation strategy and build lists with commercial teams to meet attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality, agencies, and talent; track cost per attendee.
• Track attendees and pipeline impact; report ROI to marketing and leadership.
• Build an annual events calendar and repeatable playbook with formats and templates.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including WEF week in Davos.
