Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, budgets, and on-site hosting, partnering with CEO and commercial teams to drive meetings and pipeline.

Based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), the role is remote with regular travel to the US and abroad. 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Experience running US-focused B2B events and international destinations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end executive events hosted by leadership.
• Set invitation strategy, curate guest lists, and manage ABM alignment.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, venues, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Measure ROI via meetings and pipeline impact, report to marketing and sales.
• Build an annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbooks.
