Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to run invitation-only executive experiences for senior technology leaders. You will own end-to-end event concepts, venues, vendors, guest lists, and on-site hosting, with travel to US and abroad.

The role is remote in the US/Canada, with Pacific Coast preferred, and requires strong leadership of a cross-functional team. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B events, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing at B2B companies.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Experience running US B2B buyer events and international/destination events.
• Bachelor's degree required and advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce executive experiences end to end, including concept, venue, vendors, and hosting.
• Set invitation strategy and manage guest lists with cross-functional teams to hit attendance targets.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track cost per attendee.
• Measure ROI with attendees, follow-ups, and pipeline impact via CRM reporting.
• Develop annual calendar of signature events and playbooks; travel to host events.
