Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by our CEO and leadership teams. The role is remote, based in the US or Canada with regular travel to the US and abroad.

You will own event concept, venue, vendors, invitations, budgets, and on-site hosting, and you will report ROI and pipeline impact to marketing and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing with 4+ years in B2B event marketing.
• Proven track record producing invitation-only experiences for C-level buyers.
• Experience running US-focused B2B events and international/destination events.
• Experience hosting events with a CEO or senior exec as host.
• Bachelor's degree; based in US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end.
• Build invite lists and run personalized invitations with senior leaders.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and on-site hosting.
• Measure results via attendees, meetings, and pipeline in CRM.
• Create annual calendar and repeatable playbook for events.
• Travel regularly to host events in US and abroad.
