Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives. You will own every aspect—from concept to on-site hosting—while coordinating with marketing and sales to measure impact on pipeline.

The role is remote in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with regular travel. A Bachelor’s degree is required and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10-50 guests).
• 4+ years running events for US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside home city, including international/destination events.
• Experience hosting with a CEO or senior executive as host and guest-list approvals.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by our CEO or leaders.
• Build invitation lists and run personalized invitations to meet attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, and vendors; on-site hosting.
• Track attendees, follow-up meetings, and pipeline influenced by events.
• Create an annual signature events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
