Skydio is seeking a Solutions Engineering leader to run the Emerging Industries team. You will manage quota-bearing Solutions Engineers, scope and execute proofs of concept, and define success criteria for new use cases.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel to support customer engagements, POCs, and partner activities. Reporting to the Director, Solutions Engineering – Commercial, you will build scalable assets, drive technical wins, and ensure repeatable workflows across segments,

Qualificações

• Experience leading a Solutions Engineering team and owning capacity planning.
• Structured proofs-of-concept with defined success criteria; report results honestly.
• Working knowledge of survey and mapping workflows and data deliverables.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and data tooling; strong API understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the Emerging Industries Solutions Engineering team.
• Own technical wins and POC/pilot designs across target industries.
• Define and validate requirements, assets, and playbooks for scalable engagement.
• Represent the customer inside Skydio and inform product with market voice.
