Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Director of Consumer Digital Product Operations to shape and optimize how the Consumer Digital organization delivers outcomes for customers and the business.

In this role, you will define governance, planning processes, tools, and rhythms to enable scalable product delivery. You will partner with senior leaders to align with enterprise strategy and drive accountability across programs and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in product operations, digital or enterprise transformation.
• Experience designing and implementing operating models in large organizations.
• Ability to lead executive discussions and cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define and maintain practical tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
• Establish governance and operating forums to clarify ownership and accelerate decisions.
• Lead the organization’s operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and communications.
• Own team operations including budget planning, workforce coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital for engagement and collaboration.
• Lead the Consumer Digital program management team and ensure disciplined execution.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption and improvement.
• Advise senior leaders on operating-model choices and execution risks.
