• Experience designing operating models in large, complex organizations.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable governance and processes.
• Proven track record leading executive discussions and cross-functional decisions.
• Demonstrated change management and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model with clear roles and decision rights.
• Define tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning and delivering products.
• Establish governance forums to accelerate decisions and surface risks.
• Lead the organization’s operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and priority follow-through.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce coordination, and onboarding processes.
• Drive culture, engagement, transparency, and collaboration across Consumer Digital.
• Develop and mentor the program management team for disciplined execution.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption of the operating model.
