You will partner with senior leaders to establish governance, planning processes, and scalable operating rhythms that enable product teams to deliver at scale while staying customer-centered and outcomes-driven.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in product operations, digital transformation, enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or related discipline.
• Experience translating enterprise or business-unit strategy into scalable governance, planning, and prioritization processes.
• Ability to lead executive discussions and build productive cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make tradeoffs, and lead change with practical implementation.
• People-leadership experience including coaching and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Consumer Digital product operating model, including roles, decision rights, governance, and end-to-end ways of working.
• Define and maintain tools, templates, playbooks, and standards for planning, prioritizing, delivering, and measuring products.
• Establish governance and operating forums to clarify ownership, accelerate decisions, and surface risks.
• Lead the organization’s operating cadence, portfolio visibility, and follow-through on priorities.
• Own team operations including budget planning and management, workforce coordination, recruiting and onboarding processes, and communications.
• Drive culture and connectivity across Consumer Digital and strengthen engagement, transparency, collaboration, and priority understanding.
• Lead and develop the program management team with clear direction and accountability.
• Create performance measures and feedback loops to assess adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Advise senior leaders on operating-model decisions and execution risks to improve customer and business outcomes.
