Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Head of Enterprise Events to run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives at clients and prospects. You will own concepts, venues, vendors, invitations, budgets and on-site hosting, with ROI measured and reported to leadership.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred) with regular travel to the US and abroad. 6+ years in marketing including 4+ in B2B event marketing are required, along with a Bachelor's degree and advanced

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing, of which 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B companies.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10-50 guests).
• 4+ years running events aimed at US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing events outside your home city, including international or destination events.
• Experience producing events with a CEO, founder or senior executive as host.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the US or Canada, Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by our CEO, leaders or account teams.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders, build invite lists with commercial teams and ABM, and manage attendance targets.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors, including venues, hospitality and talent.
• Measure results by attendees and pipeline, reporting ROI to marketing and sales leadership.
• Build the annual signature events calendar and a repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad, including WEF week in Davos.
