Job summary

KAPITAL is seeking an HCM Technical Lead/Architect to drive a large SaaS implementation. You will lead the technical track, coordinate with the client, offshore delivery teams, and the internal staff across design, migration, and deployment.

This role requires hands-on cloud architecture experience and strong stakeholder communication. Mostly remote with potential onsite activities in Angier, North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Experience leading two full cloud SaaS HCM implementations as Technical Lead.
• End-to-end technical ownership across design, migration, integrations, deployment.
• Knowledge of OCI, OIC, APIs, middleware, networking and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for a large-scale SaaS implementation.
• Own technical execution and interface between client, implementation team and offshore resources.
• Lead technical sessions and drive readiness across data migration, environments, integrations, testing and cut-over.
