Job summary

KAPITAL is seeking an HCM Technical Lead/Architect to drive a large SaaS implementation. You will lead the technical track, coordinate with the client, offshore delivery teams, and the internal staff across design, migration, and deployment.

This role requires hands-on cloud architecture experience and strong stakeholder communication. Mostly remote with potential onsite activities in Angier, North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Experience leading two full cloud SaaS HCM implementations as Technical Lead.
• End-to-end technical ownership across design, migration, integrations, deployment.
• Knowledge of OCI, OIC, APIs, middleware, networking and security controls.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Serve as the primary technical lead for a large-scale SaaS implementation, owning technical execution and serving as the key interface between the client, implementation team, and off-shore delivery resources. Provide end-to-end technical leadership across solution design, data migration, environment management, integrations, reporting, and deployment. Lead technical sessions with knowledge of OCI, OIC (Common Integration Framework), APIs, middleware, network, firewall, etc. Lead POC for client internal security reviews on mobile, AI, etc.
• Drive technical readiness and lead data validation cycles, integration test cycles and support overall test cycles including E2E, Payroll Parallel, time validation and UAT Lead production cut-over planning and readiness Mostly remote but may have onsite for certain activities to Angier, North Carolina
• Looking for HCM Technical Lead/Architect. - Lead Technical Track for HCM SaaS Implementation. Should have minimum experience of Two full Cloud SaaS HCM implementation as Technical Lead
