Job summary

Oracle Contractors is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Architect to design and optimize the client’s Oracle Cloud HCM environment. You will partner with technical and integration teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure seamless connectivity across business systems.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management).
• Strong knowledge of HCM data model, configuration, and business process design.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications for implementation.
• Experience designing and validating end-to-end integrations with external systems.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design and configuration for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate integration designs, data mappings, and process automation between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
• Support data governance, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality across environments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze new requirements and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.
• Provide functional guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer for smooth adoption and long-term stability.
