Job summary

Apex IT is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect to design, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for diverse clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and ensure successful project delivery across remote and on-site environments.

You will lead implementations, manage configurations and data migrations, and stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science or related field.
Extensive experience as a Technical Architect with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Analytics.
Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, including configuration and data migration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud designs.
Lead technical implementation including configuration, integration, migration and reporting.
Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and leverage new features.
Design integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and ERP/CRM/third parties.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior members.
Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer.
