Job summary

World Market is seeking a Manager, HCM (Associate Lifecycle) to lead the HR technology portfolio, including Workday configuration, recruiting, learning and talent management. This remote role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years supporting enterprise HR tech; 5+ years Workday config/administration.
• Experience leading HR tech projects and solution delivery.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical resources.
• Experience supporting Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent in large organizations.
• HR process improvement and change management experience.
• Familiarity with UKG, ADP, and integrated HR environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Associate Lifecycle technology portfolio end-to-end.
• Prioritize and drive continuous improvement through automation.
• Deliver, support, and optimize HR technology solutions.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned team members.
