Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead / Architect to drive a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation. You will provide technical leadership across integrations, data migration, payroll, testing, and deployment.

This role requires strong architectural experience, hands-on OIC work, and coordination of onshore/offshore teams to ensure a successful go-live with robust production readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical development and architecture, preferably Oracle ecosystem.
• Hands-on OIC and Oracle Cloud HCM integrations experience.
• Lead Technical on at least two Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations.
• Strong Payroll expertise and parallel testing leadership.
• Experience with data migration, APIs, and architecture leadership.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead / Architect to provide technical leadership for a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation. This role requires a strong development and architecture background with deep experience across Oracle HCM integrations, data migration, payroll, testing, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery including solution design, data migration, integrations, reporting, environment management, testing, and deployment.
• Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware, and related Oracle HCM technologies.
• Lead data validation, integration testing, end-to-end testing, Payroll Parallel cycles, time validation, and UAT.
• Develop and support Oracle HCM technical components including HDL/HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Own production cutover planning, technical readiness, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across business, implementation, and offshore development teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical development and architecture experience, preferably within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud HCM integrations.
• Experience serving as Technical Lead on at least two completed Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations.
• Strong Oracle HCM Payroll experience, including hands-on leadership of Payroll Parallel cycles.
• Experience with data migration, APIs, middleware, environment management, and technical architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing cycles and production cutovers for enterprise HCM implementations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate distributed delivery teams.
