Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead / Architect to drive a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation. You will provide technical leadership across integrations, data migration, payroll, testing, and deployment.

This role requires strong architectural experience, hands-on OIC work, and coordination of onshore/offshore teams to ensure a successful go-live with robust production readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical development and architecture, preferably Oracle ecosystem.
• Hands-on OIC and Oracle Cloud HCM integrations experience.
• Lead Technical on at least two Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations.
• Strong Payroll expertise and parallel testing leadership.
• Experience with data migration, APIs, and architecture leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate distributed delivery teams and testers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery: design, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment.
• Design and support integrations using OIC and related Oracle HCM tech.
• Lead data validation, integration testing, payroll cycles, and UAT.
• Develop and support HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI components.
• Own production cutover planning, readiness, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate technical activities across business, implementation, and offshore teams.
