Job summary

Benefitfocus, Inc., a Voya company, is seeking an HCM Consultant to join our Customer Success Organization. You’ll gather data integration requirements and translate them into practical integration solutions for public sector clients, partnering with HR and benefits leaders and with Engineering to ensure accurate, timely data exchanges.

This is a remote role, with periodic onsite collaboration. You’ll manage 5–10 concurrent projects, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and help transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a SaaS implementation environment.
• Experience with systems integration and file transmission to vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with payroll vendors to determine outbound file integration requirements.
• Determine inbound demographic file integration requirements with HCM providers.
• Extract files and ensure timely delivery to vendors.
• Develop testing plans for data integrations and oversee testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Coordinate transitions to production support teams.
