Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Workday HCM/Benefits Consultant for 100% remote work in the United States. The role focuses on configuring Workday Benefits and HCM modules, testing, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with benefit plans, complex enrollments, and Open Enrollment, with strong independent work capabilities and cross-functional collaboration when needed. Duration through Dec 2026 with potential extension.

• Experience configuring Workday HCM module with testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring Workday other modules with testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
