Benefitfocus, Inc. is seeking an HCM Consultant to join our Customer Success Organization. This remote role supports public sector implementations and ongoing data integrations with HR, payroll, and benefits partners.

Responsibilities include gathering integration requirements, translating them into technical specs, developing testing plans, and coordinating production handoffs. Expect 5–10 concurrent projects and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in a SaaS implementation environment.
• Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with payroll vendors to determine outbound deduction file integration requirements.
• Partner with customer HCM system providers to determine inbound demographic file integration requirements.
• Extract files and ensure successful, accurate, and timely delivery to vendors.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, standard integration overviews, trainings, and meetings.
• Translate requirements into technical documentation and oversee testing activities.
• Coordinate transition of integrations to production support teams; manage multiple projects.
