Job summary

Benefitfocus, Inc., a Voya company, seeks a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery for assigned client accounts. You will act as the technical SME, partnering with the CRM, internal teams, and vendor partners to ensure solutions align with client expectations and contractual commitments.

You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, monitor performance metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, technical customer support, or related client-facing roles.
Experience leading service delivery teams or coordinating technical service delivery efforts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead and SME for assigned client accounts.
Understand client needs and objectives to ensure services meet expectations.
Drive innovation and sustainable solutions for complex client requirements.
Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations and ensure SLA/OLA adherence.
Monitor performance metrics and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Identify, escalate, and resolve service delivery issues and risks.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and guide team members to high performance.
