Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a fully remote role within the United States. You will prospect, present Paylocity services, and close new and expanded agreements with medium-sized clients (49-499 employees).

The position requires proactive outreach, strong communication, and a consultative sales approach. You will work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, manage multiple opportunities, and consistently meet quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; confident presenter.
• Ability to maintain high activity levels and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities with potential clients.
