Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a proactive sales professional for a fully remote role in the United States, focusing on mid-size businesses. You will prospect, present Paylocity services, and close new and expanded sales agreements while managing the full sales cycle.

The position reports to the Director of Sales and requires 3-5 years of sales experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and schedule/present Paylocity services to prospects.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Organize and obtain documentation for clients to move to Paylocity system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Build relationships with Broker channels and referral sources.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for your territory.
