Paylocity is seeking an HCM Account Executive to grow new business and manage client relationships in a remote US environment. You will prospect, present Paylocity services, and drive deals from proposal to close in a competitive, quota-driven market.

The role targets mid-size businesses (49-499 employees) and emphasizes consultative selling, persistence, and strong communication. A strong track record and five days/week availability are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to succeed in a quota-driven environment.
• Strong prospecting and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Generate net-new business opportunities consistently.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospects.
• Prepare and present proposals with follow-up.
• Move clients to Paylocity system with required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Develop prospects via telemarketing, referrals, and networks.
• Build relationships within the broker channel and referral sources.
• Maintain contact with existing customers to identify needs.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
