Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a sales professional to prospect, develop, and close new business with medium-sized clients in a fully remote US role. You will build relationships, present Paylocity services, and drive revenue in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales, strong presentation and communication skills, and a proactive approach to generating opportunities with brokers and clients. Remote work from home within the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree strongly desired.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong presentation skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities on a consistent basis.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services with prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and follow up through the sales cycle.
• Organize and complete documentation for clients to move to Paylocity system.
• Work with internal departments to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Develop prospects through telemarketing, referrals, and networks.
