You will generate activity, manage the full sales cycle, and meet quarterly quotas while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree strongly desired.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a sales position.
• Ability to succeed in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospects.
• Prepare proposals and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding with internal teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
