Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business opportunities and pursue new client prospects.
• Schedule and present Paylocity services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present proposals with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate documentation to move clients to Paylocity system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Build relationships within the broker channel and other referrals.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity services.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
